Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us via email or phone.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, incorrect, expired, defective, or missing from the shipment.
- Claims must be raised within 2 days of delivery, along with an unboxing video showing the seal/tape intact for verification.
Returns for Other Reasons
- If you're unsatisfied with the product, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- All original labels, seals, and invoices must be intact.
- Combo packs must be returned in full — partial returns are not accepted.
Exclusions
- Products close to expiry (within 4–6 months) are only returnable if incorrect or damaged.
- Products returned without proper validation will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Charges & Deductions
- Returns initiated due to personal reasons (not product fault) will incur a ₹300 deduction.
- Replacements (if stock is available) will carry a ₹150 re-shipping fee.
Refund Timeline
- After the returned item is received and passes quality check, the refund will be initiated within 2–4 business days.
- Refunds reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, bank details are required; refunds may take up to 7 additional days.
